Privacy policy
1. Data controller
Personal data collected on https://theherakles.com is processed by The Herakles, acting as data controller.
2. Purpose of data collection
We collect your data (last name, first name, email, phone number, etc., via our forms) in order to:
- respond to your contact, quote and appointment requests;
- ensure the commercial follow-up of your file;
- publish on our website, with your explicit consent, the review you send us through the “Leave a review” form;
- send you our newsletter.
3. Processors
- Formspree: form delivery.
- Cal.com: online appointment booking, when you use it.
- Anthropic: the messages you write to the LIAM assistant are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Do not share sensitive information with the assistant.
- Netlify: website hosting and technical request handling.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
